Our brand name
The brand name ties two words from Angola, birthplace of someone I look up to, my role model – my mother. Dilesu means scarf while Enza means world. Indeed, Dilenzaa sources its inspiration from exotic locations across the world: from the serenity of the pacific islands and the African wet land perfume to the romance of the Mediterranean coast.
Our values
Eternity: My passion for fashion stems from my mother. I still can go to her closet and find something she used to wear 20 years ago and that I love and want to borrow (or should I say steal?). Those classy, bold, stunning pieces are the most praised ones and surprise people when I reveal for how long I own them. Every product of Dilenzaa is crafted to stand the test of time and astonish fashion and art lovers in the upcoming decades.
Femininity: Baggy jeans and oversized sweaters fiercely invaded shop windows in the past few years. While embracing diversity in the runaway should be celebrated, I am wondering: what is wrong with femininity? Dilenzaa is a response to the unmet needs of feminine fashion and exists for the women who want to feel alluring, sophisticated and elegant.
Authenticity: The inspiration for each detail of Dilenzaa drinks from the memory of my own travels, the feelings I have experienced during them and my perception of the reality in faraway hideaways. Those
adventures are transformed into unique designs and pieces of art, keeping authenticity and boldness as key pillars of the brand.
Curiosity: Dilenzaa resembles a restless spirit and a willingness to always learn more, to feel more. Curiosity leads to new adventures and reveals untapped destinations, being the main driver of creativity and innovation. Exploring the unknown is what will make us constantly reinvent ourselves and maintain our brand exciting.
